residential refrigerator/freezer temp issues
I'm having temp issues in the fridge side of my refrigerator. My freezer and ice maker are ok but the box temp in fridge is not cool enough. I've cleaned the coil and am in the process of defrosting the whole unit, any thoughts?

call a technician to look at it
I fully support the military and the War on Terrorism.
If you don't know, then don't do. If you don't know and still do, then be prepared to pay someone else a lot to undo what you did and then do it right.
If you do know, then do. But do it right. Otherwise, you may not be doing it long.

It sounds like by cleaning the condenser and making sure the evaporator coil is thoroughly defrosted you have done everything you personally can for the system. Monitor the temperature for a while and if it doesn't come down you'll need to call a technician in to take a look at it.
Good Luck

Make sure you have good air flow circulating into the refrigerator
