    Duct question

Can anyone tell me how to install a vent in ductwork?
The house was built in the mid 60's, so the ducts are rather large. We are building bedrooms in the basement & need to cut two more vents before installing drywall on the ceilings.
    Any help would be great!

That's an easy one. Call your A/C contractor. This is a D I Y question, which we don't allow. Sorry.

Where's the return air going to come from?

Go out and buy the expensive tools like the ones I have. And its easy.

Of course, those bedrooms are going to be cold, summer and winter, doing it the way your going to do it.

a question not asked is the dumb one. but here thier no d i y I would recomend you call some one, you see air flow is a science in the hvac its not cut and dry as one would think cutting a few hole, s in the duct with out checking will cause you more trouble the its worth you may end up loosing and not gianing annything at all so pleas before you cut call a professional to come out and make sure its the right thing to do.. best of luck to you.
