Last time I saw something like that was in a 3 Stooges movie and Curly had piped himself inside the pipes.

The same thing I was thinking. I wonder if that guy had to drill a hole in the floor to let the water drain so as not to drown.

Its ok because they have drawn arrows on the inside of the pipes to keep the water from getting confused.

I thought those arrows on the chilled water and hot water pipes were for us maintenance guys,but again I guess I was wrong.
