Problem aint the unit....its the contractor.

    Find yourself a new one.
I fully support the military and the War on Terrorism.

If you don't know, then don't do. If you don't know and still do, then be prepared to pay someone else a lot to undo what you did and then do it right.

If you do know, then do. But do it right. Otherwise, you may not be doing it long.

Hmm Carrier ~ and others also.

If not installed or designed to the home it doesn't matter what CRAP you have installed.

First have load calculation done to see what system you need, then have ductwork , load done to make adjustments where needed.

Carrier~Variable Drv. Furnace would be a good choice. But, since you think Carrier is CRAP, then you might want a JUNKITROL, or LUMMOX installed and see how long they last with poor design system.

    Just kidding..LOL

Where in North Texas are you?
I deal with allot of problem systems in this area around Fort Worth, Arlington,Keller, Grapevine,Grandbury,Weatherford.

Look at my profile and get company I work for name #.. Give me a call.

Aircooled thanks for your reply I live in Flower Mound. I'd love to have you or anyone in the area that knows what they're doing to come have a look and let me know what you think. I'm pretty much at the end of my rope and ready to trash this thing and get a completely new system $$.
