Air Vent Deflectors. Two magnet versus four magnet.
I bought some new air vent deflectors. I don't like them. They have only 2 magnets, one on each side. These two long magnets sit on top of the screw heads on the registers, causing the deflectors to not be flush and raised instead of flat.
My older air deflectors had 4 magnets each. Two small ones on each side. These are great because there is a space between the magnets, perfect to fit over the grill screw heads without interference, so the deflector sits FLUSH over the register grills.
Anybody now where I can buy or order some of the 4 magnet deflectors? Home Depot and Lowes have switched to the 2 magnet type.

most proper is to use 0 magnets, 0 deflectors!
part of preventing heat transfer is 'washing' the exterior wall with conditioned air --
-- you are negating thatharvest rainwater, make SHADE,R75/50/30= roof/wall/floor, use HVAC mastic, caulk all wall seams!

Double sided sticky tape (aka mounting tape).
