    House is hot HELP!!

For the last two days my central air has been running constantly. The thermostat is set at 73 and it will only cool the house to 80. The line coming in from the outside unit is dripping some condensation. Am I out of freon?? If so could someone advise me on how to refill. THanks.Wes

Call a service contractor. If you keep running it like this, more harm could happen to it costing you more money to fix it.

This is not a DIY help site. You need to call a contractor to properly diagnose your system. We are unable to do that here!

Also, moving to the correct forum!

No, it's pro's giving you advice for a problem that can't be fixed over the internet.

They are also looking out for your well being in that if you do the wrong thing you can be electrocuted, damage your system beyond repair, etc.

Very good advice in my opinion.

    But I am biased..
