Service Tech's numbers...
I have a Goodman 12 seer, 5 ton unit in a 2100 sq ft house with 9 ft. ceilings; house was built in 2000.
Disch Press: 325
Suct Press: 75
Super: 8* F
Sub-Cool: 13* F
T-Indoor: 20
Ambient: 109
What exactly do these tell me?

Well, first of all - that's you going to freeze to death soon
You better bundle up.
Obviously your unit is wildly oversized - if it can produce an 89 degree different to ambient.PHM

My guess is the "T-indoor" is the delta T, not the indoor temperature.

It means your stat is set too low.
Without knowing air flow and ID detlas, it doesn't tell much.

Seems like they say it's running OK
Why do you want to know? Are you having performance issues?
Those are the standard things which a service tech would check to verify that the system is working well.PHM
