tecmate or zebra
what do you guys prefer tecmate or zebra for variable speed diagnostics

I have both on my van,the tech mate is the company's.The zebra is mine and it is by far the better tester.Once you get the feel for it you will find that it is a very good tool for troubleshooting varible speed motors along with setting them up on start-ups.

I have to agree the Zebra is the way to go. It's a pretty good piece of equipment. They also sell adapter for diffrent motors check out there website they have some good toy's or I mean tools there.

twilli where did you get yours?? i remember you saying something and i do know the deal you got was better than my price for the zebra. i would appreciate the help. with the price of things today every little bit counts.

Twilli called Zebra direct and they gave Twilli the number of a company in Texas and they shipped it directly to my trailer

never needed either tool.
just what are they for??
all they do is supply 24 volts to the pins that the system control board is already sending power too. so if you have the right power leaving the systems fan board to the module, then all thats left is the same question, motor or module....
