Sizing up a 18 x 18 3 sided Sunroom with Skylight
Home-owner is...looking to Heat & Cool &
wants a heat pump
Mini Split Ductless..
wants....mostly Cooling...leaves for Florida ..in October (snowbird)
the..3 sided sunroom....has..glass on all 3 sides..w/ skylight...
.the sunroom ...is partially shaded in the back of the house....
house is located in Massachusetts...
Could anyone size this mini-split for me...
could i get m away with a 12,000 btu ?

Gotta do load calcs to get it right and there's way more info needed than what you've provided to do that.
