Dry Ice
I've always wondered where dry ice comes from. What kind of machine and refrigerant do they use, is it ammonia? Can you purchase a dry ice machine and do you know of any brands. Just curious and bout this" magic ice"

Our family fortune was from Dry Ice
In the early years a dry ice co would team up with other Co's to make dry ice.
(EXAMPLE) in Phia a co called Therm ice made dry ice which was owned by Publicker which owned Seagram's Liquors
They would use the fumes from the liquor which was is a by product and burn and compress it for dry ice manufacturing.
Today they have portable units(trailer size) that burn anything you desire.
