    The whole thing

    Been There: The entire drain line was replaced and is kink-free. Sorry about the post being on the wrong thread, but thanks for asking.

    May be the wrong condensate pump. Might need higher head pump.
    Or, there is a kink in teh line.

    Have them call in the area Trane tech rep. A lot of these 16i's are getting hooked up wrong causing poor operation. they may need some guidance.

    thanks..i was thinking about asking for a Trane tech..your comment convinced me to do so...do I contact Trane or does my tech guy.

    you can ask them to. they may not want to. Then you may have to goto trane website and contact them yourself.
