We will be taking other quotes later, but for now this will suffice.

Read some good things about it.
The A/S16 will require you to switch to gas heat sooner the the Amana's or the A/S18
The TCON802 nor 803, can't control 2 stages of gas heat when used as a dual fuel thermostat.
You would still want an aux heat sourse in the HP for defrost.
The Trane, A/S 16 SEER 2 stage HPs have lower BTU capacitiy at lower temps then virtually any other 2 stage.
Yep, just their 16 bites.
The Trane, A/S 15 SEER has a much better heat output then the 16i.
At 17*F OD temp, it can be as much as a 10,000 BTU difference depending on coil match ups.
in conjunction w/the VS air handler. Would you recommend the furnace our tech put on the estimate or a different one. Winter is kinda lame in Elvis Country.
The AMH, is a multispeed blower. Not a good choise for a 2 stage HP.
If you get a 2 stage HP, you need a VS to take full advantage of humidity control.
yes, they have VS air handlers, and furnaces.
