Does york make a 18 seer 5 ton heat pump?

I was told after visiting York's website,where it shows the model 8 T 18 seer heat pump,that they no longer make this unit.

Looking at the equivilent Luxaire (manufactured by York) Acclimate 18 SEER line, it looks like only the 3 ton version of this line is actually rated at 18 SEER. The 5 ton model is rated at 15.5 SEER.

The 5 ton 5T has a higher SEER then the 5 ton 8T. And cost less.
Get the YZE, instead of the YZH.

if you go to York's website they'll have all the technical info you can ask for... the 5ton 8T Heatpump get up to 15.15 seer when properly matched so look around on the website for Luxaire stuff or maybe look at different mfr's to see who really has the highest seer equipment.

Just cost more for less performance.
