    Getting a factory tech involved

    Folks

I've posted in several threads about problems with a new install we had done...someone suggested after reading comments that the system may not be wired right...I tend to agree. On the second call back, my wife told me the tech was on the phone to support because the second stage wasn't working. Before the system wouldn't go into 2nd stage, not it only goes into 2nd stage ( think).

How do you get a Trane field tech to the site? I've left a message for my HVAC guys telling them I would like a factory tech on the next visit...do they call or is there a way for me to contact Trane and request this? I'm loosing faith in this install, I don't think they've put in many xl16's before, even though they told me they have.

    Normally they would call.
You may have to keep after them.
Or contact the local Trane distributor.
