Ohhh and don't trust the apartment #'s on units or electrical panels.

Its all about the bottom line with these apartment communities. Sad part is they are not going to change them untill they kick the bucket.

Yea I'll post the replacement picture tomorrow. Heh, they changed the outdoor unit but not the indoor or even put a TXV on it.

Well here is the replacement, at least they cut the lineset down some and installed a disconnect.

Its time for this I guess

Do them A favor and accidently let your car slip out of park , and finishe those things off. Come on put them out of their misery.
