Frown Warranties; What Mfr stands by them?

Here is a touchy question. Are there any manufacturers that really stand by them? If so, care to mention any?

Had a condenser fan motor go bad and is in warranty, but I was told since the inside "A" coil is of a different manufacturer they may not honor the warranty.

Tech says Mfr's try to wriggle out many times.

What does an "A" coil have to do with the condenser fan motor? A compressor I can understand.

Never had a mfr ask what coil the unit was on either. They will if the unit has a replacement pledge that requires a matched coil for sure. But on a fan motor, that sounds VERY FISHY!

    Sounds fishy as stated above.
Never had a question about the indoor unit when replacing a condenser fan motor.

    Now a compressor, yes.
