I understand this guy falling back on pressure. I am new contractor, but I just find SuperHeat is difficult for me to measure. I get the target and actual, but I always feel uncomfortable that i am not doing it right, I use a digital therm for my wetbulb (I hate thought of using sling) and i use a digital therm with a probe for my suction line. Drives me nuts. I never feel the numbers are right. Do i have to wrap the suction line with a towel to get a good reading... Any advice on an easier way would be appreciated. Oh yeah, any comments on just using some of those fancy electric Superheat readers out there?
Twilli do you mean digital gauges for my superheat or just my pressure. So you guys think digital superheat readers are better than old fashioned methods. Someone else chime in I need another opinion other than twilli one liners. Which vendor has best set of digital gauges. My supplier does not stock them, they have to special order.
