That's about as bad as Martha Stewart! Ok, honest, I was flipping through the channels a couple years ago and saw galvanized metal on the tv... naturally I stop to see whats going on.
Martha in her great wisdom used a carpet knife to "score" the metal, approx 15 times, then switch ends of the blade, and score it 15 more times. Now you bend it back and forth along the score line to break it off.... then file smooth....

The old man whom I started with almost 30 years ago, if I would have been using a marker on the sheetmetal(thats what awls are for) and would have not clipped the corners-He would have hit me upside the head with that piece....

WTF, that was like 26 gauge metal, and he used a hammer...
Could have bent that angle against the edge of a board in a few seconds and had it come out at least as neat, lol.If more government is the answer, then it's a really stupid question.
