Energy Star equivalent to Magic Chef CPG1838-B

I live in an upper floor condo a packaged unit Magic Chef about 20 years old. Because of space considerations ( the unit basically sits in its own closet ) the recommended replace is also a Magic Chef, the CPG1838-B.

The AFUE rating is on CPG1838-B is about 80%. Would anyone know of any Energy Star equivalent that could be used instead of this model. The air conditioner is part of the package and its SEER is rated at less than 11. I haven't been able to find any packaged units that don't require the unit to sit outdoors.

Any help would be much appreciated!

    That unit, and its equivalents.
NCP, and Johnson. Are all currently exemp from the 13 SEER requirement.
They have not yet come up with a 13 SEER that will fix in the same space.
In 2010 their exemption expires, so they may have one sometime late next year.

How many times must one fix something before it is fixed?
