    HaHa The wife & kids don't ever seem to eat the leftovers.I make a sandwich out of just about anything left in the fridge.
    I have to say the spaghetti sandwich is actually quite tasty!
    I just wish the kids would leave leftover when I smoke up some salmon!

    LMAO It's not my favorite, but cold spag on a fresh hard roll is delicious!!

    I agree with all the pulled pork people. But I only like the North Carolina style. (even though I'm from Utah) A lot of vinegar, some catsup, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes.

    UMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.

    A local sub shop's take on a Chicken Cordon Bleu;

    Get a nice Italian sub roll from the bakery.

    Now, make a spread out of 50% mayo and 50% any style mustard (I prefer good old standard yellow) and apply it liberally to the roll.

    You can use any style chicken that you like, but I prefer taking a fresh chicken breast and making a couple of breaded and fried cutlets out of it. You'll need two cutlets for a sub roll.

    Add to that a copious amount of your favorite high-quality ham and swiss cheese.

    Finish it up with lettuce and sliced tomato. Open a cold beer!

    A Jewish Deli Sloppy Joe- Corned Beef, Pastrami, Turkey, Roast Beef on Triple Decker Rye Bread With Russian Dressing And Coleslaw on the sandwich and a pickle on the side with some greasy fries preferably from a good NYC Deli. It doesn't get any better than that!
