I just put the egg, milk and seasoning in the coated plastic cup, add shredded cheese to the top of it, and microwave with a loose cover for a minute and a half.

I put this cooked egg on a toasted and buttered English muffin with a piece of pork roll, sausage patty or bacon and it makes a great egg sandwich.

Variations of this are to add bits of meat or fish to the egg concoction and microwave the whole thing together with the cheese on top. Some of my favorite combos are:

    • Backfin crab chunks and Old Bay seasoning with swiss cheese.
    • Ham chunks (or pieces of sliced deli ham) with cheddar.
    • Chunks of hot dog with shredded Mexican three cheese.
    • Chunks of cooked hamburger with any cheese.

Just about anything you have a small bit of in your fridge can turn an egg into a gourmet meal. Many times I just make up the egg concoction and eat it with a fork as it is.

That doesnt sound like a half bad idea, i think ill make that for dinner, good idea.
I dont install leaks, i just fix em

Just an FYI; while the egg concoction is cooking, it rises up and out of the plastic container. Darned thing looks like the Blob about to explode.

The last scare I had was while I was in Colorado at the convention. Got back and had the exploratory of my heart done and the docs said my existing 8 stents looked like they were put in a month prior. So, my bad eating habits must not be that bad

They sell them in book store deli's where I used to live in the Baltimore/DC area. Pale women and limp wristed guys usually order them

Bologna and cheese on white bread with mayonaise.....and some corn chips to go with it.

Another great seasonal sandwich in the south at least is a tomato sandwich.

Get some white bread, a fresh juicy tomato from the garden, some miracle whip salad dressing.....and a little pepper......

I could eat tomato sandwiches all summer long.... those garden tomatos are also very good on a bologna and cheese sandwich.

toasted bologna and cheese sandwiches are good in the winter.....with campbells tomato soup.

Robo and Klein, I will certainly try pork roll, if I can find it. One of my favorite bands wrote a song about it, so it must be good.

Ketchup on a hotdog is only for when there is absolutely nothing else to put on it and the bun is stale

And no, I suppose being human isn't really a requirement.

Seriously though, you gotta have a PB&J on your favorite bread or bun sandwich some time....soon.
