Just when you think you seen it all!
Check this out. I got it for Christmas. It is call a Tagine. It is used in Marocco.
I tried it out yesterday while watched football. Not bad. My son (the chef) said that I should have removed the rinds from the citus before cooking.
Think I'll try chicken next time.

Or a crock pot that you can serve the vittles in. Plus you can put it in the oven or on the stove top.
