Sounds like 1 of 2 big things.
1. The system charge is off. And needs to be adjusted to work properly during the higher loads.
2. The system can't keep up with the heat. Depending on where you are and what the outdoor conditions are.....and what you are attempting to achieve with the stat.
I fully support the military and the War on Terrorism.
If you don't know, then don't do. If you don't know and still do, then be prepared to pay someone else a lot to undo what you did and then do it right.
If you do know, then do. But do it right. Otherwise, you may not be doing it long.

If your tech no speaky englaysh......find one that does.

ouch. I would call around until someone answers the phone in english and ask for a service tech that does the same

OK, maybe 1 is an option, 2 it was 87 in the house 105 outside and I tried setting it at 85 degrees and it said "No Mas" immediately.
