i gotta repair call for a samsung 3-zone mini split ductless that i'm going out on tomorrow afternoon. H.O. says one zone isn't getting cold. I've never worked on a samsung mini before. are they similar to mitsubishi and fujitsu. is samsung even in the mini split business any more? sorry, i havent gotten any model #'s from the customer thanks in advance.
