    Comfortmaker heat pump age

Can anyone help with the age of this heat pump system. The AHU model is BYMB024G010. The serial # is 0000582100-N12-0200. The label on the outside unit has faded so it is not readable. Thanks for any help!

Are these model and serial #'s not the numbers needed to identify the age of the unit?

I checked the serial number and it is the number on the data tag on the AHU. Any help would still be appreciated.

I'd guess sometime in the 80s based on the model. Old and worn out!

How in the world did you get this from the serial #0000582100-N12-0200?

Thanks for the help! The townhouse it is in was built in 1986.

I believe it! The unit was in great shape so it was my opinion in was not the original unit. Sounds like I was wrong!
