Has anyone ever used either tankless or standard electric water heater to run hyronic baseboard?

We call that cottage plumbing. Having a cottage in the woods and only using it on weekends would work. Bradford white has some of their gas hot water tanks certified for heating. For a very tiny area it makes sense as you do not require a more expensive heating system. Not good for primary, long term system. Inspectors may have a problem

Standard electric water heater won't have enough capacity, if your place is bigger then a bread box.
