    fan blade/hub puller

    whats ya'lls favorite/best puller. i need to get one and i'd love to here what you have and why you like it.

    my absolute favorite is a dewalt recip saw, 12oz ball peen and a punch. works every time.

    occasionally the saw isn't the best/easiest way. i do like to cut it when i can but i think a puller will make it easier at times

    That picture says sheave puller and fan blade puller. The fan blade puller is kinda funny cause they have a hub.

    I have had no luck pulling a sheave though.
    Karst means cave. So, I search for caves.

    The Posi Lock is the best one I have ever used. Pulls fan blades and blower wheels with no problems.

    I also highly recommend the UP-1 ultimate puller. Keep the threads lubed though.

    You have to use the 4 hooks, that come with the puller, to pull sheaves.
    It works ok, but there are better sheave pullers, they don't work for pulling fan blades though.
    If more government is the answer, then it's a really stupid question.
