Stack effect question
Would running a furnace/AC blower constantly or on an timed intermittant basis
reduce the pressure differentials in a dwelling caused by the stack effect?

Only if by doing so, the running system pressurizes the house sufficiently so air is escaping through the building envelope vs. entering it. That can be accomplished by a fresh air intake on the return side of the system, but if you live in a humid climate, you'll load the house with moisture during compressor off cycle times and the indoor blower running. This can also occur if your return ducts/plenums are not in the air conditioned space, and are leaky.
Best way to reduce stack effect is to reduce leaks in the building envelope. Cheaper than running a blower, also.
