After reading this recipe, I was like, I gotta grill me some of that this weekend.
thought I would share.
1 1/2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms.
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp margarin or butter
2 Tbsp preapred horseradish
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
4 8-oz boneless beef top sirloin steaks, cut 1 inch thick
2 tbsp margarine or butter
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Stuffing- in a medium saucepan cook mushrooms, onion and garlic in the 1 tbsp of margarine or butter until tender. remove from heat stir in harseradish, salt and pepper.
Meat - Trim fat from steaks. Cut a pocket in each steak by cutting from one side almost to but not through the other side. spoon stuffing into pockets. If necessary fasten pockets with toothpicks.
Sauce - In a small saucepan melt remaining 2 tbsp margarine or butter over low heat. remove from heat stir in Worcestershire sauce, set aside.
Grill as usual serve with sauce over steaks..
I just found this recipe, I haven't tried it yet. Will be doing so this weekend and also my stuffed jalapeρos. May have some pics to prove it. haha
