Issue Resolved
Yes! It was the T Stat! The furnace was OK. The switches and the transformer were all right. The wiring was done correctly. The IAQ was not communicating to the T Stat upstairs. He went ahead and replaced both units just to be sure. He said it's rare for one of those Honeywell's to go bad but sometimes it happens. I thanked him and said 'glad it wasn't the York'!
