I went on this routine maintenance call this afternoon. I get there and it is a new install my company did in Nov '05(furnace and Condensor). I start checking pressures and I get 90 suction and 150 head. WTF I'm thinking?
Check the air flow at the plenum, pretty good. Look at the blower wheel, small accumulation of dirt, not major like some I have cleaned. Pulled and cleaned it anyway.
Re install blower, and check pressures again. 90/150
Pump down the system, go to make sure the orifice is installed in the right direction. There is no %$@*ing orifice in there!!!!!!!
