    I can't imagine how your boss is going to make a better air filter if he doesn't aready know some of this.

    You shold try more extensive search phrases when you search on the internet.

    Yea, he's trying to make a monitor to say when the filter is dirty, we already have an accurate working model we just need some info on why it is really important to have a clean air filter. Thanks for the link! ^.^

    When to change an air filter also varies with the system its installed in. If teh blower is taxed by the ductwork without the filter. Then the filter may only be have loaded when it needs changed. Because teh blower can't move enough air anymore.

    It's called a magnahelic. Cheap, easy to install and reliable.

    health issues may not be for very long,
    if
    the struggling blower motor burns out
    if
    the building is then set on fire --
    harvest rainwater,make SHADE,R75/50/30= roof/wall/floor, use HVAC mastic,caulk all wall seams!

    Then there will be health issues from smoke inhalation.
