hot problem

have home two years old units carriers models38ckc030340-38ckc024340.both units have been rechanged three times each. has r-22 and there is no help from builder(out of warr.) no help from installer. In short both units have been problem since day one.system was not charged at time of move in, two months changed again, next summer again, time before units had (aka tech 2lb- .5lb r-22)losted. System was looked at by new co. 8mos later 4-lbs of r-22. put in (6-7-08) can any one advise. bigal

2yr old home and the warranty is done already

Contact the builder again. Remind him it wasn't fixed when you reported it the first year.
Ask him to confirm his billing address if you have to call in another contract to fix what the original contractor didn't. You'll get his attention.
