summit's post shows he/she has the ability to see the problem from the customer's point of view. Marge probably can't tell the difference between a contactor and a zone valve, nor should she. If she had been told the problem could happen again and was offered a "fix" with a closed contactor she probably would have bought it and this thread would never have been started.
People like Marge rely upon the "pro" to solve and anticipate problems.
