Not enough data... Besides the condensing coil being clean, type of condensing coil (fintube or spinfin), size of condensing coil, heat load on dwelling (system properly sized), Correct system charge... There are so many variables that the question cannot be answered as asked.

That would cause the compressor discharge gas to be hotter. But the refrigerant exisiting the condenser coil would not be.
