is your motor cooling circuit working? if your low on freon you will over heat. the motor cooling liquid line needs to be full of liquid at all times. How far is your expansion valve open? it is probally 100% which would be another clue of low on charge.

Thats 235F which is way to high. Whats the status of your motor cooling valve? What is the the TXV position? Possibly low on gas like FR stated or motor cooling problem.
Your poor planning does not constitute an emergency on my part!!!!

    Hi Moideen

You need to give more information.

1 What is your chilled water in and out.
2 Condenser air on and off
    3 Liquid line temperature
    4 What is the subcool.
5 What version of Pro Dialog do you have is the display black or cream coloured.
it sounds as if you have a version 2 can you give me the date of manufacture.
6 Is the discharge superheat taken from the display or are have you measured this.
32.3C is high the control point is 11.1C
7 You are sure you can't read the EXV position from the display.
8 Is the sightglass full or flashing when compressor reaches 100 % full load
9 Suction and Discharge pressures What is your display reading psi or kpa

The motor temp has reached its trip point if it has gone over 110C there is a 2nd sensor connection in the compressor terminal box you will see 3 spade terminals 1 of which is common. You can check your current sensor againest the other one. Be sure to switch off mains power before checking this.

It sounds like you need to raise your discharge superheat.
