    some customers?

when i run into a customer who says its been running good for years. i ask how often is is serviced ? and ask how often they change oil in there car? and tell them this is like a car and needs pm at least every two years . i guess i was that way 10 years ago.

that looks like fresh oil on that bent up suction line . has someone been in the attic recently ? good luck 35 years old and not very efficient to todays standards. efficiency sells the system now days at least up in these parts

System was flat when I got there and 3 yo Goodman was running in a vac. HO doesn't want to put any money into changing the AH and can't understand why it can't be repaired. We are presently at a stalemate. This business is always an adventure.
