    Not low enough for my father in law. Try 68 a true minnesotan who likes cold. I have to wear a jacket when it is 90 out in his house.

    you have a humidity issue in your house or a leak at the airhadler

    there are a couple of posibiltys that could be easy fixes and some hard ones if it is over sized for the house but it sounds to me like its sweating at the supply of the unit which could be just a small air leak, poor connection causing the problem you will have to take pictures or call them back for a look at what you have

    I keep mine at 72*F, and generally hold about a 48%RH.

    A downflow system with no drip shield in the pan could be the problem call your contractor and have him check for water dripping off the coil into the duct.
