    Home Made Distributor

Even though the TXV is sized properly, You cannot control the superheat in this coil. Someone removed the factory distrbutor and installed this. It killed the compressor. We just got done replacing the condensing unit and it was flooding back bad.

Why go through all that time and trouble to make a distributor?
It's got to be cheaper and easier to put in a factory made one.

Looks like good quality work though.
