Rheem Package Heat Pump
Hello,
Does Rheem make a 16 or 18 seer heat pump package unit? If so, what is the model number to ask for?
Thanks!

No they dont, the highest seer on Rheems website for a packaged heat pump is 14 seer. Goodman, Lennox,Carrier etc, all seem to stop at 15 seer for their packaged heat pumps. If you want something more efficient, you will have to opt for a split system which could turn into quite a large project depending on how your house is built. Who were you planning on talking to that you would have to ask for a certain model number from? Your sales rep should be able to answer any questions you have regarding your new system.

Hey Sammy37,
I talked with a Rheem rep at a baseball game and he said they had come out with a 16 and 18 seer heat pump package unit. I went to the website like you and only saw the 14 seer. I wanted to know a little more about it before I started talking to retail contractors in my area.
