When I left Chicago 20 years ago the fitters were at about $20. Things change. Altough real estate taxes were 3 times what they were here.
My taxes on my home 3400 sqft are $1250/yr. now.

    Nice table, Benn!

I'm about to embark on construction of my second woodshop building. The first one is where my online handle came from. I had to let it go when I sold the house it was attached to last year. This one's gonna be bigger, now that I have more tools and wood.

Woodworking is a great hobby; it can sharpen both thinking and hands-on skills at the same time. And there's few things like the feeling when a project you labor over turns out well. Like your table. Nice work!
