I don't tell the family what ingredients are used in my cookin...........it's just better that way!!

I make my meat loaf with ground veal, beef, and pork. This is why it is a meat loaf and not a "beef" loaf. You can add ground turkey, chicken, or venison to the veal/beef/pork. Also add grated parmesan cheese (the secret to making the meat loaf moist), bread crumbs, eggs, seasonings, and some liquid like ketchup, bbq sauce, or worcester sauce. I have also made some meat loafs with rice, mushrooms, pepper/onions.
Good Italian meat balls are made the same way, minus a few of the above ingredients.

Now I'm trying to pickel my own pigs feet, but they didn't turn out to good so back to the drawing board and do it again. These thing are cheap to buy, This time I have a recipe for them, yummm.. Oh the Great Danes love the tuff ones..
