    Reclaiming my land

Well, here's a new little story. Our neighbors, who we don't get along with for a long list of petty grievances, decided to remove their 4' tall chain link fence. We needed this fence around our back yard to open our pool. I think they only did this to pizz me off, which it did. So we get a guy out and have a new fence put up. Turns out his fence was about 2-3 feet on my property. So I had MY new fence put up on the property line and it made his small lot and small back yard even smaller!!!!

Man, that was sweet, poetic justice. And he thought he would be getting a new fence, never figured he would be losing yard space. The wife told me he was out there gloating until he figured out what was going on.

Good fences make good neighbors. Looks like you got a good fence there OTTO.

I have one neighbor. A very nice country couple who keep pretty much to themselves are in a tenant house on the same property as the farm house I am in. No fences required; we have guns

Here, you can put the good side of the fence towards YOUR property, making the effect that much greater.

Did you paint/weatherproof the other side before you had it installed? Leaning over to do it's a b!tch.....
