Stop asking for manuals that others have to pay for. You can go to school like the rest of us or go work for an OEM. By the looks of your name you are a building maintenance puke trying to do chiller work. whatever the case that material isn't free so don't expect us to just give it to you.

Inspection? Is the paint still shiny? If it is, you're done, if not look for leaks, page one of the manual. Good luck!

bad, bad jayguy!!! i read into it as a tear down manual as well. what type of inspection are you performing? tear down? (still not going to get anything.) running inspection? shut down inspection?

too many different types of "inspections" to list anything useful except the IOM as Jabs has done. be a little more specific about what you want...otherwise we will assume for you! (as you can see)

    good luck.

I don't think you read into it to far. The thread is titled ''Trane CVHE Teardown Manual''. I think that is pretty clear.

You guys are pretty harsh, we give each other manuals in the controls section all the time.

Controls cause more headaches than chillers, that's why you guys need so many gosh darn manuals and supercedes. Can't keep up with it!

I don't know, you have to wonder if ya can't spell manual right then what the hell ya doin needing a teardown manual. Could be the ammonia though, I have had a hit or two of that stuff and it makes 123 feel like nitrogen...
