Tridium
I am trying to set up a Distech EC-BOS. I set up plenty fx-40s which we all know its all the same (ie tridium) I have the default IP address. For some reason when I connect to it with my laptop I cant get into it. I can ping it and I see it but no luck getting into it. With the fx-40s out of the box I type in the default IP address and I get right in. I figured it would be the same with the EC-BOS. Am I missing a step since it is Distech and not Johnson.

JCI's FX-40, your logging into a box that has been pre-configured and is running
an appliance. EC-Bos, Are you trying top log into a brand new box from browser? If so it is not set up and nothing is loaded. Or one that has a station, and all files loaded? Are you TCP'd?Intelli-Building = Less Stress, commissioned with diligence!
