I think I would call someone else out. The unit could be dead. But there is no reason it can't run fine if the unit is cleaned up and out correctly, vacuumed with a filter dryer installed. How is Ducane going to find out what happened unless he tells them? It is probably out of warranty anyways, so who cares? Last time I checked, Ducane doesn't drive around looking for units and checking on their history. I would never hang one of my customers out, I try to help them as much as possible. It pays off in the long run. Insurance might pay for it, but you'll end up paying for it in the long run in the form of higher premiums or getting dropped, depending on your insurance co.

To clean the system up would require that the oil be changed. This might be tough on a sealed compressor. I havent done it, but I guess it could be tipped over and drained then refilled?? I wouldnt put the system back into operation with the same oil. Other than that the rest of the system could be flushed and it would be fine. But you would spend about what half of a new system costs and get no warranty.

Now that hurts Twilli. Plus all Colemans come with a anti-theft device on them.

Leave Twili alone. Coleman has a new 2 speed out which is pretty good. You take one of their ice chests, fill it full of ice, leave the top open and put 2 camp fans on top of them. Both running is high speed and 1 running is to de-humidify.
