The link worked for me. Looks more like a study to understand better how to deal with future population growth rather then control population growth.
Since we are not decreasing population as much as we used to by methods of war or even the genocide that is occuring in many parts of the world, and, we are temporarily defeating diseases that would normally be wiping out large portions of the population, something has to give.
As a believer in a Created universe I believe that nature will take care of our population issue when we get to a point it is causing damage to the Earth's health. It appears that that time is on us right now, so don't be surprised to see a superbug or catastrophic natural disaster taking place in our near future.Government is a disease......masquerading as its own cureEcclesiastes 10:2 NIV
