How do I help? You have told me nothing other than you need help with a possible heat problem.

Does "low heat" mean 1st stage only or would that be, low as in temperature of the space ?

X2, there's only a couple left. Then you can find the crack in the u bend of the heat exchanger and put all those parts on the shelf for stock...

ok i just got home (((((friggin cold))))) sorry i have been on this unit for a few hours ..... i will try to explain the best i can .......
this unit has had issues for a long time (found this out about an hour ago 6:30pm est)
they have had to reset this unit by cycling the power repeatedly to get it to work......sometimes once or twice....customer said lately(4mos) it has had to be reset 3-6 times to get it to heat.......

3 weeks ago it began this issue of running producing low heat...........other people have worked on this unit and gave up ...... my company sent me on this and now it getting personal.....(i hate not figuring things out) i have info downloaded to diagnose but some of the info does not jive with what i see and i don't have experience on these microprocessor units........ can i get some info?????? i have run the self test and CFM does not change speed
i had to change the ignitor ----- wouldnt sense flame.....green color hue visible on ignitor they said was changed 2 weeks ago

now it runs ----- "low output" wont heat to full temp have never seen a code flashed unless i unhooked.... temp sensors

there was a frequency modulator installed with 3relays(mars) and 1 contactor (these were removed by the last guy who worked on it.......

the ingintion board was replaced -(cust said it was burnt)
then the ignitor (both 6-7 weeks back)

then the CFM was bad and replaced by another company

the same guy removed the relays and F.M.

i come along and it will not start correctly------now it runs ----runs----runs ---- does not satisfy temp

i am real sorry but i am pulling my hair out on this ...... HELP and be patient please i am not a commerical trane tech but i am a residential tech Bryant/Amana

so any body still here ????? i can answer as to WHAT I HAVE LOOKED AT AND TESTED but i am not at the unit presently........ thanks for reading.....Bill

    the ignition control board was
