It's defiantly a cold thing
Warm it up and it works again
Winter weather or working in a freezer does it.
No trouble with my motorola and I carry them both in the same temps.

It's been cold last couple weeks here and I haven't had an issue with mine . (6+)
I took my daughter to an ice sculpture exhibit for about 1 hr , it's very cold in there . I took pictures of her and videos the whole time and never had any trouble .

Don't need battery backup,and I use my 6+ all day checking my stocks,at full bright!And since I bought it my I pad stays home!

On this site a few times I was able to pull down from the top address for h-talk and request the desktop version and was able to see attached pictures unlike the mobil version. I haven't been able to do it lately. Can you do it on the 6 for h-talk?
