    Portable Room Air Conditioners - Comfort Aire specifically

    My wife and another photographer rent a studio. Heating is not an issue in the colder days, but when its hotter out they are concerned about keeping clients cool.

    I don't want to run a split system as the cost will have to be covered by us and duct work will have to be run.

    a window shaker is another option but since there are various rooms the portable system would be nice.

    So my question is has anybody had any experience running these "Portable" room air conditioners?

    here's the link to the product;

    Should be fine. Key is getting a 2 pipe model. The ones with 1 pipe that suck nice cool room air in to exhaust can actually kill the cooling ability. More hot humid air infiltrates than the unit can cool!
